1 currently offers 6% year on year Capital Growth and 2.5% - 3.5% net yield on rental
and Zone 2 5% Capital Growth and 8% - 10% net yield on rental.
We do not offer investment advice to clients per se, but having identified their
criteria we then source relevant opportunities and acquire on their behalf. Those
criteria vary widely from client to client and include Security/Risk, Yield, Capital
Growth, a combination of Yield/Growth and a timely and secure exit route.
We acquire at attractive discounts to market value so our client’s equity is always
protected, usually with 140% cover so even severe downward movements in property
values do not impact adversely on client’s initial equity.
